危重病患者获得性肾功能衰竭的危险因素及护理措施

Risk Factors for Renal Failure for Critically Ill Patients and Nursing Measures

目的探讨和分析危重病患者获得性肾功能衰竭的危险因素及护理措施,总结其临床价值。方法回顾性分析具有完整临床资料的2010年11月至2012年11月来我院就诊的危重病患者获得性肾功能衰竭患者100例,对其肾功能衰竭的危险因素进行分析,随机分为观察组和对照组两组,每组患者有50例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组在常规护理的基础上进行护理干预,观察和比较两组不同护理措施的临床效果。结果观察组患者的护理满意程度明显优于对照组。结论实施护理干预对于危重患者获得性肾功能衰竭治疗的满意效果非常明显,具有较好的临床价值,值得临床借鉴和推广。

Objective To investigate the risk analysis and in critically ill patients with acquired renal failure factors and nursing measures, summarize its clinical value. Methods Retrospective analysis of clinical data from 2010 November to 2012 November in our hospital 100 cases of critically ill patients in renal failure patients, to analyze the risk factors to the renal failure, were randomly divided into observation group and control group two groups, each group has 50 cases of patients. The control group was given routine care, the observation group nursing intervention based on routine nursing care, clinical effect was observed and compared between the two groups of different nursing measures. Results The observation group was better than that of nursing satisfaction degree of patients were compared with a control group. Conclusion Nursing intervention for critically ill patients with renal failure treatment effect is very obvious, has better clinical value, worthy of clinical reference and promotion.
