摘要
目的探讨健康教育路径在门诊输液患者中的应用效果。方法将本科2012年7月至2012年8月收治的400例患者随机分为观察组和对照组,进行健康教育路径的效果研究,分别实施健康教育路径和常规健康教育。结果 2组患者疾病知识掌握情况、患者满意度、护士与患者交流时间方面比较,观察组明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论健康教育的全程化、系统化、科学化能够增强健康教育效果,提高患者满意度,促进护士自身素质发展和有效交流。
Objectives To explore effects of healthy education pathway in out-patient transfusion room, Methods 400 patients who were enrolled during July to August, 2012, were randomly divided into experiment group and control group, and were applied of healthy education pathway and common healthy education, respectively. Results Disease knowledge, service satisfaction and communication time between nurse and patient in experiment group were higher than in control group(P〈 0.01). Conclusions Comprehensive, systematized and scientific healthy education could improve its effects, increase satisfaction, and promote self-development of nurse and effective communication.
