Study on the medical college students' learning burnout and its influence factors

摘要 目的调查医学院校大学生学习倦怠现状,并分析其影响因素。方法采用学习倦怠量表、归因方式问卷以及自我效能量表对医学院校679名大学生进行问卷调查。结果学生的学习倦怠总分为(61.33±8.28),归因方式总分为(0.19±1.18),自我效能得分为(2.46±0.37);自我效能和归因方式与学习倦怠呈负相关;专业、奖学金、年级、归因方式总分和自我效能影响学生的学习倦怠水平,共同解释学习倦怠总变异量的27%。结论学生的学习倦怠达到了中等水平,应根据不同专业、不同年级学生的学习特点和归因方式中存在的问题进行针对性帮助、指导,减轻学生的学习倦怠。 Objective To investigate the level and influence factors of learning burnout of medical college and university students. Methods The Learning Burnout Scale,Attribntional Style Questionnaire and General Self-Efficacy Scale were used to investigate 679 medical college and university students. Results The score of learning burnout was(61.33+8.28),the score of attributional style was(0.19+1.18),and the score of self-efficacy was(2.46+0.37). Self-efficacy and attributional style were negatively correlated to learning burnout. Major,scholarship,grades,the total score of attributional style and the score of self- efficacy affected students' learning burnout degree,which could explain 27% of the total variance of learning burnout. Conclusion The learning burnout of the medical college students have reached the medium level. We should help and guide the students according to different majors and grades and problems existing in the attributional style to reduce the students' learning burnout.
