摘要
目的调查分析本市某三级甲等医院参加工作1年的护理本科生专业核心能力水平,明确其与已工作3年的本科护士在专业能力上的差异。为学校对护理本科学生教育提供参考依据,为医院护理管理者提供基线资料。方法对某三级甲等医院注册护士按年资(工作1年,工作3年)分层抽样,用中国注册护士核心能力测评量表进行问卷调查,采用SPSS 17.0软件进行统计分析。结果两组不同年资护士的核心能力各维度间存在明显差异(t=2.99~4.87,P<0.01)。结论 1年组护士的核心能力在很多方面需要加强,学校应重视护生理论与实践相结合,以提高其核心能力;继续坚持护理本科生人文素养的教育,加强评判性思维等能力的培养。
Objective To investigate the core competence of college graduates who joined nursing work in a Grade A Class Three hospital (first class hospital) less than one year after graduation, and identify their difference with those who had worked for three years, so as to provide evidence for education of college nursing students and administration of nursing in hospital. Methods A questionnaire was carried out in a first class hospital among nurses who worked for one and three years. Their compe- tence was assessed based on Competency Inventory for Chinese Registered Nurse, and analyzed by SPSS 17.0 software. Results There was a significant difference on each dimension of core competence between nurses of two groups with different length of ser- vice (t=2.99--4.87,P〈0.01). Conclusion The eore competence of nurses in one-year-service group should be enhanced in many aspects, a school should think highly of combination of theory with practice so as to raise their competence, keep continuously humanistic quality education, and strengthen cultivation of their thinking ability.
