复方中草药消毒剂对副溶血性弧菌杀灭效果及其毒性

EFFICACY OF COMPOUND-FORMULA CHINESE HERBAL DISINFECTANT IN KILLING VIBRIO PARAHAEMOLYTICUS AND ITS TOXICITY

目的了解复方中草药消毒剂对副溶血性弧菌的杀灭效果及其毒性。方法采用悬液定量杀菌试验方法,检测复方中草药消毒剂对副溶血性弧菌的杀灭效果,以及有机物和pH值对其杀灭效果的影响;采用小鼠急性经口毒性试验和小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核试验方法,对复方中草药消毒剂的毒性进行研究。结果 1号复方中草药消毒剂作用副溶血性弧菌10min,杀灭对数值接近5;加入小牛血清和降低pH值,杀灭对数值均无显著变化,但pH值升高至碱性会改变消毒剂的性状;该消毒剂对小鼠急性经口毒性LD50>5 000mg/kg体质量,小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核试验结果阴性。结论该复方中草药消毒剂对悬液中副溶血性弧菌有良好的杀灭作用,不受有机物的影响,但碱性环境会影响其杀菌效果;该复方中草药消毒剂属实际无毒级物质。

Objective To study the efficacy of a compound-formula Chinese herbal disinfectant in killing Vibrio parahae- molyticus and its toxicity. Methods Suspension quantitative germicidal test was used to detect germicidal efficacy of the disin- fectant, and observe the influences of organic matters and pH value on its germicidal efficacy. The acute toxicity test through mouth of mice and bone marrow polychromatic erythrocyte micronucleus test were used to detect the toxicity of the disinfectant. Results The killing logarlthm value （KL） of Vibrio parahaemolyticus in suspension exposed to No. 1 disinfectant for 10 minutes was close to 5, when calf serum was added and pH value reduced, no significant changes were found with regard to KL value, hut, when the pH value of the disinfectant went up to basic, the character of disinfectant changed. LD50 in mice of the disinfectant was more than 5 000 mg/kg · bw. The bone marrow polyehromatic erythroeyte micronucleus test in mice was negative. Conclusion The disinfectant of this study can effectively kill Vibrio parahaemolyticus in suspension, which is not influenced by organic matters, but alkaline environment may affect its sterilizing effect. This disinfectant belongs to practically non-toxic substance.
