车下设备布置形式对车辆动力学性能影响研究 被引量:4

摘要 对某型动车的车体有限元模型进行了模态计算,并利用多体动力学软件SIMPACK的接口模块FEMBS建立了该动车的刚柔耦合系统动力学模型,研究了不同设备布置形式对车体与设备耦合振动的影响。仿真结果表明:车下设备布置方案的不同对高速动车临界速度和曲线通过性能的影响并不是很大;将重设备放到车体中间部位能够对车体的弯曲振动起到抑制作用。 The modal calculation is made for the finite element model of carbodies for a certain type of multiple units.The dynamics model of rigid and flexible coupling system for the multiple units is set up with the interface module FEMBS of the multi-body dynamics software SIMPACK.The coupling vibration effect of different equipment layouts on the carbody and equipment is researched.The simulation result shows that the effect of difference in the layout schemes of equipment under vehicle on the critical speed and curve negotiation performance of high speed multiple units is not very great;and arrangement of heavy equipment in the middle of the carbody can suppress the bending vibration of carbodies.
