摘要
幼儿教师资格证"国考"改革之后,开放教育学前教育专科专业在一定程度上承担起了提高幼儿教师素质的任务。但在现行教学过程中,教学目标没能激发学生的学习动机;教学形式不能适应学生的学习习惯;教学方法未能发展学生的学习能力。基于这样的现状,可以尝试构建"三室一厅"(专业作业室、聊天室、教室和演播厅)的教学模式。"三室一厅"教学模式的实施,需要教师、学生和学校各方面的配合,包括建设专业的教师团队、充分利用学生资源、完善学校管理制度等。
With the reform of the National Examination for Preschool Education Teachers,the Preschool Education Program in CRTVU has been providing opportunities to upgrade preschool education teachers’ knowledge and skills.There exist outstanding problems in the current program,though,ie.unmotivating learning objectives,unsuitable teaching mode and unrewarding teaching methods,etc.An experimental practice has been carried out with the key focus on providing motivating and friendly learning places for students,ie.self learning rooms,chatrooms,classrooms and presenting halls.Diversified tasks are assigned in each place,where students’ autonomous learning is greatly encouraged.The author posits that such a teaching practice would require professional teaching teams,learner autonomy and efficient administration.
