摘要
自20世纪80年代以来,新加坡学校教育发展历经三次重要转型,最终确立了以"学生为中心,价值为导向"的方向。在这一变革思路下,新加坡教师教育注重塑造教师的品质修养,关注价值观教育,让教学活动回归本质状态;实践中形成"价值、技能和知识"的培养模式"、教师专业与个人发展"框架以及全新的"教师成长模式",以推动教师教学的专业化与卓越性。教师教育变革呈现出关注教师全人发展、构建专业共同体、实施整体策略的发展趋势。
Since 1980,the schooling reform in Singapore has passed three key periods and choosing Stu-dent-eentric and Values-driven as the new directions at present. With these trends, teacher education in Singapore pays more attention to teacher quality and value cultivation, makes teaching back to the essence. In practice, V3SK model, TEACH framework and TGM are taking shape to push teaching towards professionalization and excellence. The teacher education reform in Singapore takes on three characters:emphasizing the whole personal development, building learning communities and carrying out a whole strategy.
