摘要
中新两国幼儿教师教育信念的相似性源于儿童观和教育观的共识,以及两国具有相似性的学前教育课程标准;其差异性源于两国课程标准各有特色、教师教育课程的设置和实施方式,以及文化传统因素的影响。中国教师的教育信念呈现更大的内部不一致性。改革制度设计和教师教育课程对教师教育信念的形成和实现及学前教育的实践变革均有重大意义。
The similarity of ECE teachers' educational beliefs between China and New Zealand is derived from the world wide consensus of concepts of children and education, as well as the similarity of two countries' national ECE curriculum guideline. The difference stems from the different characteristics of the two countries' national ECE curriculum guideline,and the different structure of teacher education curriculum and its implementation,as well as the different traditional culture. Compared with New Zealand teachers,Chinese teachers' educational beliefs showed greater internal inconsistency. The reform of educational system design and teacher education curriculum will be of great significance to not only the formation and realization of ECE teachers' educational beliefs but also the change and improvement of ECE practice .
