The Policy Measures and Defects of Controlling Chinese Big Cities

本文以分析我国现行的城市发展方针产生的根源为起点、以控制大城市采取的三种主要措施（限制、疏导、截流）为依据，论证我国控制大城市的方针及措施都存在着诸多弊端，并已带来了一系列不良后果。

： Beginning with the analysis of the cause of present Chinese City development policy and basing the analysis of the three major measures taken to control big cities,we can see that there are many defects in them and a series of bad consequences has been brought.
