改良Fasanella-Servat法上睑下垂矫正术合并术后早期眼睑调整治疗上睑下垂的疗效观察

Combined treatment of improved Fasanella-Servat diorthosis and early-stage post-operative eyelids adjustment for ptosis

目的观察改良Fasanella-Servat法上睑下垂矫正术合并术后早期眼睑调整治疗上睑下垂的临床疗效。方法选取2008年至2012年在我院门诊行改良Fasanella-Servat法治疗,且术后早期出现眼睑峰状改变、过度矫正的上睑下垂患者16例20眼,术后1周行眼睑调整。术后随访6～18个月,观察手术疗效。结果本组16例20眼患者术后1周拆线时,患者反映疗效较满意。术后无感染,无眼睑闭合不全、上睑迟滞、暴露性角膜炎、上睑内外翻等并发症发生。结论 Fasanella-Servat法治疗上睑下垂,操作简单,对组织损伤小,而结合术后早期眼睑调整可以对轻中度上睑下垂有效好的治疗效果,患者满意度高。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of combined treatment of improved Fasanella-Servat diorthosis and early-stage post-operative eyelids adjustment for ptosis. Methods Sixteen cases （20 eyes） that had received improved FasaneUa Servat diorthosis from 2008 to 2012 and appeared eyelid peak-like changes at early stage post-operatively because of over correction were selected. Eyelid adjustment was car ried out 1 week after operation. Results All patients reported a satisfying outcome af ter the eyelids adjustment. No complications such as post-operative infection, non-com plete eyelids closure, exposure keratitis and upper eyelid ectropion and entropion was reported. Conclusion Improved Fasanella-Servat diorthosis is a simple treatment on ptosis,and it causes little damage to the neighboring tissues. The treatment effect of combined treatment of improved Fasanella-Servat diorthosis and early-stage postoperative eyelids adjustment for mild and moderate ptosis is satisfying.
