摘要
近年来发现一些皮肤病如黑棘皮病、银屑病伴有高血压、糖尿病、肥胖等代谢性疾病。这些代谢性疾病组成了代谢综合征(MS)症候群,胰岛素抵抗(IR)是其主要的发病机制。IR是否也参与了这些皮肤病的发病过程,目前已有部分文献报道。本文主要就IR的发生机制及其与皮肤病相关研究进展做简要综述。
Recently it has been found that some dermatoses such as acanthosis nigricans and psoriasis occur accompan- ying with hypertension,diabetes and obesity . These diseases are components of metabolic syndrome. Insulin resistance（IR） is the main pathogenesis. It is not sure if IR is involved in the pathogenesis process of these skin diseases . So far there are some reports about this. This review presents the mechanism of IR and related dermatoses.
