摘要
采用酚醛树脂溶液上浆剂对沥青基炭纤维进行上浆处理,并以环氧树脂为基体制备单丝沥青基碳纤维/环氧树脂复合材料,通过单丝碎裂法试验、扫描电镜和热重分析等研究了上浆前后炭纤维的表面形貌及其复合材料的界面性能,以及断裂长度与界面剪切强度的关系。结果表明:上浆剂浓度适当时可提高其界面性能,当质量分数在1%左右时,上浆较均匀,复合材料的界面剪切强度最高,为38.86MPa;炭纤维最大概率的断裂长度区间越小或最大概率的断裂长度越小时,复合材料的界面剪切强度越高。
The pitch based carbon fibers were sized by the sizing agent of phenolic resin solution, and the single pitched base carbon filber/epoxy resin composites were prepared using epoxy as a matrix. A single fiber fragmentation test, SEM and TG were performed to study the surface morphology of the carbon fiber before and after sizing interfaeial properties of composites and the relationship between fracture length and interfacial shear strength. Results show that the interracial properties of eoraposites have improved on some appropriate concentrations of sizing agents. The uniformly sized composite with interracial shear strength of 38. 86 MPa could be gotten when the mass fraction was controlled at about 1% ; the smaller the maximum probability of fracture length region or fracture length was, the higher the interracial shear strength of composite was.
