摘要 传统解剖教学认为心室肌分为浅、中、深3层，起于纤维环和左右纤维三角。而近年来，医学界出现了一个新的学说，即心肌带（venlricular myocardial band、VMB）理论，这个理论是由Torrent-Guasp提出的，该理论认为，心脏是一条由心肌纤维按螺旋缠绕形成的肌肉带所构成，这条心肌带起自肺动脉止于主动脉，分为2个环，4个段，其中心尖环分为降段和升段，
