系统性红斑狼疮年轻患者合并主动脉夹层一例 被引量：1

摘要 患者男，23岁。因突发胸背疼痛2d于2012年1月24日入院。患者2000年因颜面部、手掌、脚掌多处红斑，嘴角溃烂，光敏现象，脱发及多种自身抗体阳性在我院诊断为“系统性红斑狼疮（systemic lupus erythematosus，SEE）”入院，经激素（泼尼松30mg/d）治疗，症状好转后出院。
