单针缝线纵向两针套叠显微输精管附睾吻合术17例分析 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨一种改良的单针缝线显微输精管附睾吻合术治疗附睾梗阻性无精症的临床效果、方法201l印9月至2011年12月,应用改良的单针缝线技术为17例附睾梗阻性无精症患者实施纵向两针套叠显微输精管附睾吻合术。术后3个月进行精液分析并设定为研究终点,精子密度大于10。/nd定义为复通、结果本组平均手术时间为219min术后3个月时,行精液常规和阴囊彩超检查,包括l例再次手术者共有10例(58.8%)患者术后复通,平均精子密度为12.2×10^6/ml。研究期内未见精液囊肿并发症。、结论改良的单针缝线纵向两针套叠湿微输精管附睾吻合术后复通率与双针缝线技术相当,可减少缝线缠绕,竹省手术时间,是无双针缝线时的理想选择。
