摘要
根据重型道岔螺栓的产品特点,进行了产品工艺分析,设计出适用于在J31-400压力机上进行生产的可转动结构的模具,降低了对生产设备的要求,从而降低了产品制造成本。
This thesis analyzed the product process in accordance with the characteristics of heavy turnout bolt and designed the rotating structure mould which can be used on J31-400 press machine.The designed mould reduced the investment of equipment, thus reduced the production cost.
