摘要
阳极作为铝电解槽的心脏,其质量和工作状况对铝电解生产是否正常及电流效率、电能消耗、产品等级等经济技术指标影响十分巨大。焙烧是阳极生产中的一个重要工序,焙烧曲线的设定对预焙阳极的理化性能指标和成品率有着重要的影响。通过制定科学合理的焙烧曲线和提高焙烧温度的控制精度,可以有效提高预焙阳极质量,进而降低铝电解能耗。
As the heart of aluminum reduction cell, the quality and working conditions of the anode have dramatic effect on the economic and technical indicators of production of aluminum electrolysis.Roasting is an important process in the anode production, the setting of roasting curve has an important impact on the physical and chemical properties and rate of finished products of prebaked anode. De- veloping scientific and rational roasting curves and improving the control accuracy of the roasting temperature, can effectively improve the quality of prebaked anode, thereby, reducing the energy consumption of aluminum electrolysis.
