企业的人事档案是一个企业对其员工进行绩效考核的重要依据,对企业的人事管理有着非常重要的作用。但目前的企业人事管理还存在着很多问题,文章主要分析了企业人事档案管理中存在的问题,并提出了相应的解决措施。

Enterprise personnel file of enterprise is an important basis of performance evaluation for its employees,it has a very important role in personnel management of enterprises.But there are still many problems in personal management of enterprises, this paper mainly analyzes the problems existing in the personnel file management of enterprises, and proposes the corresponding solution measures.
