应用生物体微弱磁场检测技术对某部电磁辐射作业人员进行健康评估研究 被引量:7

摘要 目的:了解某部电磁辐射作业人员的健康状况,为有针对性地提出防护措施提供参考依据。方法:随机抽取某部不同工作岗位的电磁辐射作业人员181名,进行生物体微弱磁场检测分析,以获取包括疲劳、免疫、睡眠、脑机能、血压、心脏、消化、肝胆、泌尿生殖、呼吸、运动、钙代谢、糖代谢、脂代谢、嘌呤代谢等15个系统在内的108项健康评估检测指标。对于每一项指标,仪器自带有其正常值范围,凡低于下限或高于上限的指标被视为异常。结果:所测电磁辐射作业人员总体在消化系统、钙代谢系统、血压系统、心脏系统、运动系统、免疫系统以及呼吸系统等七个系统存在不适症状的较为突出,其中脾胃不和的占比86.19%,钙代谢失衡的占比81.77%,血压不稳的占比68.51%,心脏功能欠佳的占比66.85%,骨关节不适的占比62.98%,免疫功能下降的占比61.33%,腰部不适的占比56.91%,咽喉不适的占比54.70%。出现血压不稳症状的人数,实验组明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:电磁辐射作业环境可能会影响作业人员的身体健康,应采取有效的安全防护措施,以减弱或消除电磁辐射对人体健康的影响。 Objective: To understand the influence of electromagnetic radiation on health status of operators of some depart- ment, and provide the reference basis to put forward the protection measures effectively. Methods: 181 electromagnetic radi- ation operators were randomly selected among different posts of some department to conduct organism weak magnetic field analysis, to obtain their health status including fatigue system, immunity system, sleep system, brain function system, blood pressure system, heart system, digestion system, liver and gallbladder system, urinary and reproduction system, respiratory system, sports system, calcium supersession system, sugar supersession system, fat supersession system, purine supersession system through 108 test index. For every index, there is a normal number scale. Results: It was obvious that there were sev- en systems were abnormal including digest system, calcium supersession system, blood pressure system, heart system, sports system, immunity system and respiratory system. There was 86.19% of abnormal spleen and stomach, and that of abnormal calcium supersession was 81.77% , that of unstable blood pressure was 68.51% , that of abnormal heart function was 66.85 %, that of abnormal bone joint was 62.98 %, that of decreased immunity function was 61.33 %, that of abnormal waist was 56.91%, and that of abnormal throat was 54.70 % .The numbers with unstable blood pressure of the observation group were higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P 〈0.01). Conclusions: Electromagnet- ic radiation environment may influence the health status of operators, and the effective protection measures should be taken to reduce or eliminate the effect.
