培养我国医学影像技术高素质人才的思考 被引量:34

摘要 现代医学影像学涵盖医学领域内所有以显示人体器官和组织的大体形态学信息为目的的检查方式,它包括传统放射学、超声医学、计算机体层摄影(CT)、数字减影血管造影(DSA)、磁共振成像(MRI)、核医学影像学(γ)照相机、单光子发射体层摄影(SPECT)、正电子发射体层摄影(PET)、数字X线摄影(DR)、计算机X线摄影(CR)等,以及以治疗为目的的介入放射学。由于医学影像成像技术的多样化,使得医学影像学成为包含医学、数学、物理学、信息学等多学科交叉融合的学科。进入到21世纪,现代医学影像技术在信息技术、计算机技术带动下,跨入数字化、智能化、精细化时代,高素质的医学影像技术人才必须具备与之相适应的医学影像诊断技术、医学影像检查技术以及医学影像工程技术等知识体系,因此培养具有理、工、医知识相结合的复合型高层次医学影像技术人才,符合国家提高全民医疗保障与服务水平的迫切需要。文章从医学影像技术发展的新亮点出发,探讨了在我国培养医学影像技术高端人才的必要性和迫切性,从课程设置的原则、培养模式等方面提出了相关的思考和建议。 Modern medical imaging covers all medical area which display human organ and organization of General morphology information, for checking, the method include traditional radiation learning, ultrasound medical style, and CT, DSA, MRI, Gamma camera, SPECT, PET, DR, CR, Interventional Radiology, as well as method for treatment .Medical imaging include medicine, mathematics, physics, Informatics and other disciplines of interdisciplinary integration due to the diversity of medical imaging techniques. In 21st century, modem medical imaging technology should include information technology, computer technology and etal. So It is necessary to cultivate science, technology and medical interdisciplinary talent for improving medical security and service. This paper setting out from new window of medical imaging technology development, confers the necessary and urgency about the doctor in medical imaging technology in our country. This paper also gives some thoughts and suggeststions in principles of curriculum and training mode.
