督脉论治治疗老年退行性腰椎管狭窄症256例

Senile People with Degenerative Lumbar Spinal Canal Stenosis Treated from Governor Vessel

目的:探讨督脉论治治疗老年退行性腰椎管狭窄症的疗效。方法:随机将256例临床确诊为退行性腰椎管狭窄症的患者分为2组,试验组采用丹鹿通督片治疗,对照组采用独活寄生合剂治疗,30d后观察疗效。结果:①试验组临床总有效率为92.97%,对照组临床总有效率为75%,两组比较差异有统计学意义,试验组疗效明显优于对照组。②两组在改善中医证候方面均有效,但试验组疗效明显优于对照组。结论:督脉论治治疗老年退变性腰椎管狭窄症,疗效确切,起效快,符合中医循证医学。

Objective：To observe the curative effect treating from Governor vessel in the treatment of senile people with de generative lumbar spinal canal stenosis. Methods： 256 cases with degenerative lumbar spinal canal stenosis were randomly divided into the experimental group （treated with Danlutongdu tablet）and the control group （treated with Duhuo Jisheng mixture）. 30 days after the treatment, the curative effect was observed. Results： O The total effective rate was 92.97~ in the experimental group,while it was 75 ~ in the control group. There was significant difference between two groups. @ Both groups were effective in the improvement of TCM syndrome, but the curative effect of the experimental group was ob- viously better than that of the control group. Conclusion：The treatment of senile people with degenerative lumbar spinal ca- nal stenosis from Governor vessel has definite, quick therapeutic effect, and it is in accord with the request of evidence based Traditional Chinese Medicine.
