溶剂的酸性对纤维素溶解性能的影响

摘要 以无水磷酸和磷酸二氢钾(KH2PO4)的混合物为溶剂,考察了纤维素在调节酸性前后溶剂中的溶解性能。溶剂酸性调节后,溶剂溶解能力有所下降,溶解度由原来的1.75%下降到0.899%。考察了温度对纤维素溶解度的影响,随着温度的升高,纤维素的溶解度增大。考察了溶剂酸性和纤维素溶解温度对再生纤维素聚合度的影响,结果显示,酸性调节后的再生纤维素聚合度比未调节酸性时的聚合度大,并且随着溶解温度的升高,聚合度下降。 The influence of acidity on the dissolution of cellulose was investigated using the mixture o{ anhydrous phosphoric acid and monopotassium phosphate as solvent. The solubility of cellulose decreased with the acidity decreasing from 1.75% to 0. 899%. The effect of solvent's acidity and dissolution temperature on dissolution were investigated. The results showed that solubility improved with the temperature increasing. The degree of polymerization (DP) of regenerated cellulose was affected by the acidity of solvent and dissolving temperature. The DP decreased with the increasing of acidity of solvent and dissolving temperature.
