水中硫丹类有机氯农药的分析方法研究 被引量:2

摘要 硫丹类有机氯农药(α-硫丹、β-硫丹、硫丹醚、硫丹内酯、硫丹硫酸盐)是毒性较高的持久性有机污染物(POPs),其中农药硫丹及硫丹硫酸盐已被列入《斯德哥尔摩公约》禁用名单,目前国内对于水中硫丹类有机氯农药的研究较少。对农夫山泉水与自来水中的目标物,采用液-液萃取提取法收集,采用旋转蒸发氮吹定容,采用GC-MS分析测定。该方法操作简便,回收率较高,检出限较低,线性良好。 Endosulfan organochlorine pesticides which include a-endosulfan and β-endosulfan, endosulfan ether, endosulfan lactone and endosulfan sulfate are high toxic persistent organic pollutants (POPs). Pesticide endosulfan and endosulfan sulfate were listed in the disabled list of Stockholm Convention. At present, domestic researches on endosulfan organochlorine pesticides in water are less. The target compounds in nongfu spring and tap water were collected by liquid-liquid extraction method, their volume was fixed by Rotary evaporation and nitrogen blowing, the target object by C,C- MS was analyzed. This method is easy to operate with high recovery rate, low detection limit and good linear.
