基于微控制器的低压继电保护装置研究

摘要 为提高继电保护装置的可靠性和快速响应性能,对低压继电保护设备的原理和需求进行了分析,针对继电保护装置的测量和保护特点,提出了以C8051F347增强型单片机为核心的新型低压继电保护装置设计方案;研制了系统电能计量的硬件和软件方案,改进了系统的显示和输入性能;设计了通信和保护电路。结果表明:设备具有结构简单、动作可靠性高、采样精度高、操作方便、接口丰富等特点,能够在复杂现场完成继电保护的各项功能。 In order to improve the reliability and quick response of relay protecti on device, the theory and requirement of the low-voltage relay protection device was analyzed. According to the features of relay protection device measurement and protection, project that was about low-voltage relay protection device for the features of measurement and protection based on C8051F347 was put forward. This design included the software and hardware of the electric energy measurement. It improved the performance of the display and input and designed communication and protection circuits and then to experiment the project. The result showed that the device had the characteristics with simple construction, high reliable action, high sampling accuracy, easy operation, rich interface and so on. It was concluded that the device can complete all function of relay protection in the complex situation.
