高应力松软破碎复合围岩巷道控制技术

摘要 以高应力松软破碎复合围岩控制技术为研究目标,深入分析了章村矿大巷所处的围岩特征和造成支架结构失稳的原因,相应采取了符合现场实际的针对性技术研究路线,根据不同巷道失稳的特点,分别采取了高强度长锚杆支护体系、方环形重型U型钢封闭支护以及松软破碎围岩注浆加固等综合措施,解决了该矿-200 m水平西翼大巷反复维修反复破坏的难题,为今后在这种非常复杂地质条件下的巷道维护及围岩控制提供了一条新的技术途径。 Taking the control technology of high stress weak broken composite surrounding rock as the research target, in-depth analysis of Zhangcun mine roadway in which the surrounding rock features and the cause of the instability of support structure were deeply analyzed. Application of the targeted technology research route with the field actual, based on the instability characteristics with different roadway, the comprehensive measures of the system of high strength long bolting, the closed support of the square annular heavy U-shaped steel, grouting reinforcement of weak broken surrounding rock and so on were applied to solve the problems of repeated maintenance and destruction in the west wing of -200m level. The research provided a new technical way of the roadway maintenance and surrounding rock control under very complex geological conditions.
