摘要
某公司自备电站现有3×130t/h锅炉和3台汽轮发电机组(1×6MW背压式汽轮发电机组、1×12MW抽凝式汽轮发电机组和1×25MW抽凝式汽轮发电机组)。2014年6月,公用工程作业部现有的1×12MW抽凝式汽轮发电机组将关停,将有105t/h低压蒸汽缺口,为此公司对12MW抽凝式汽轮发电机组改为背压机组进行了论证,结果表明:12 MW抽凝式汽轮发电机组改为背压机组节能效果显著,经济效益明显。
A captive power plant of a company existed 3×130t/h boiler and three turbine generator (1×6 MW backpressure turbine generator, 1×12 MW extraction condensing turbine generator and 1×25 MW extraction condensing turbine). Because the utility operations of the existing 1×12 MW extraction condensing turbine generator will be shut down, there will be 105 t/h low pressure steam gap, the replacement of 12 MW extraction condensing steam turbine by backpressure turbine was studies. The results showed that the energy saving effect was remarkable and the economic benefit was obvious through the replacement of 12 MW extraction condensing steam turbine by back pressure steam turbine.
