摘要
喷雾干燥塔为无菌原料药生产主要设备,必须符合GMP法规的相关要求。介绍了喷雾干燥塔的工艺流程,根据喷雾干燥塔的现场情况,结合工艺特点,设计了喷雾干燥塔控制系统,对该系统的硬件设备进行安装和调试,用工控机和可编程控制器建立了计算机控制系统。为了便于操作,设计了多个监控画面,操作工可在不同画面之间自由切换。目前,该技改工程已投入使用,经过实际运行,该系统性能稳定,各项指标均达到设计要求,满足生产工艺要求。
The spray drying tower is the main equipment for the production of sterile raw material drugs, related requirements must comply with GMP regulations. The principle and flow of the spray drying tower were introduced. According to the field of spray drying tower and the process characteristics, the control system was designed, the hardware of the system was installed and debugged,the control system with IPC and PLC was established. In order to facilitate the operation, a number of monitor screens were designed, the operators could switch freely between different pictures. At present, the project has been put into use, after the actual operation, the system has stable performance, the indicators have reached the design requirements, the system meets the requirements of the production process.
