多绳摩擦轮提升机钢丝绳张力无线采集装置的设计

摘要 为满足多绳摩擦轮提升机钢丝绳张力检测要求,提出了一种基于MSP430G2553超低功耗微控制器的无线采集解决方案。采用先进的、低功耗的外围芯片和无线模块,设计了一种提升机钢丝绳张力无线采集装置,硬件选型和软件编程都考虑了降低功耗的问题,从而达到了延长电池使用时间的目的。 In order to fullfill the tension testing requirements of multi-rope friction hoist, ultra-low power consumption wireless collection solution based on MSP430G2553 was proposed in this paper. Advanced and low power consumption peripheral chips and wireless module was used to design the hoist wireless tension collector. The selection of hardware and the design of software were both considered to lower power consumption, which have extended battery life.
