摘要
分析了国内外经营决策实践和研究进展 ,结合国内过程工业企业的实际 ,建立了过程工业企业计算机集成制造系统的层次结构 ,提出了过程工业企业合理经营决策的关键技术和策略。

The structure of CIPS (Computer Integrated Processing Systems) and its developing in process industry are reviewed, based on the discussion on situation of process industry and development of process systems technology and management. From author's point of view, the development of CIPS in process industry will be the key way to win the world wide competition for process industry in future.
