流感病毒种内与种间传播的影响因素 被引量:4

Factors of influencing intraspecies and interspecies transmission of influenza A viruses

摘要 A型流感病毒具有相对的宿主特异性,病毒在种内和种间的传播案例经常发生。对于某一特定宿主,病毒的感染受到诸多因素影响,包括病毒、宿主和环境因素等。本文对影响流感病毒种内和种间传播的因素进行概述。 Influenza viruses generally are hostspecific, however, intraspecies and interspecies trans mission of influenza A viruses is most frequent. Infection of individual influenza A virus in a specif ic host is dependent on many factors, including viral, host and environmental factors. In this re view, the most important factors that contribute to transmission of influenza A viruses among dif ferent species are summarized.
