热轧工艺对AZ31B镁合金薄板组织及性能的影响 被引量:2

摘要 研究了经不同温度(400℃、450℃)和道次变形量(10%、15%、20%)热轧的AZ31B镁合金薄板显微组织及不同方向的力学性能。结果表明,AZ31B镁合金经过热轧后,组织得到明显细化,力学性能得到大幅度提高。在450℃热轧,当道次压下量从10%增加到20%时,抗拉强度从334 N/mm2增加到344 N/mm2,屈服强度由263 N/mm2提高到284 N/mm2,伸长率则由12.5%升高到15%。热轧镁合金薄板形成以{0002}基面为主的平行于板面的强织构,使得其各向异性增强。 The microstructure and mechanical properties at different planar directions of AZ31B magnesium alloy sheet being hot-rolled at different temperature (400℃ ,450℃ ) and different pass reduction rate ( 10%, 15%, 20% ) have been investigated. The results show that after hot-rolling, the microstructure of AZ31 B magnesium alloy has been refined and me- chanical properties have been increased greatly ;the tensile strength has been increased from 334 N/mm2 to 344 N/mm2, the yield strength has been increased from 263 N/mm2 to 284 N/ mm and the elongation has been increased from 12.5% to 15% while pass reduction being increased from 10% to 20% at 450℃hot rolling. The anisotropy has been increased due to the {00021 major texture forming as the basal plane which parallel along the rolling surface of the hot-rolled AZ31B magnesium alloy sheet.
