摘要
众所周知,等温/等压(IT/IP)挤压可以提高产品质量和产量。以往对此虽然进行过理论研究与分析,但工业生产条件下的工艺试验研究却很少。介绍了工业条件下进行等温/等压挤压铝材的试验情况。为推介锭坯梯度水冷工艺在等温/等压挤压中的实际应用提供所需的温度梯度资料。
Isothermal/iso-pressure (IT/IP) extrusion can improve product quality and in- crease productivity. Theoretical studies have been done, but few investigations at actual pro- duction conditions have been made. An experiment IT/IP extrusion being carried out at in- dustry condition has been introduced in this paper. A set of technologic materials to be used for temperature gradient have been built up which can be used for IT/IP extrusion with gradi- ent water cooled ingots.
