摘要
新型铝合金万能熔剂配入物质种类多,监控产品质量困难。首次提出使用相对绝热法等定量分析方法,很好地解决了复杂样品的物相鉴定与定量分析问题,同时避免了化学分析的缺点。该方法操作较为简便、定量分析准确,能够有效监控产品质量,是一种较为理想的分析方法,建议在铸铝行业、熔剂生成行业推广使用。
Monitoring new universal flux used for aluminum is difficult due to there are lots of element being added into the new flux. The relative adiabatic method has been put forward originally for quantitative analysis, which can solve the complicated phase identification and quantitative analysis problem of the samples and can avoid the shortage of chemical analysis. This is a easy operated method and can give an accurate quantitative analysis result, so this method can monitor the quality of product. It is a perfect analysis method and can be intro- duced to aluminum casting enterprises and flux production industry.
