Safety Management of Construction for Continuous Rigid Frame Bridge With High Pier and Large Span in the Middle Reaches of the Yellow River

黄河中游河段高墩大跨连续刚构桥由于水中基础、高墩爬模、箱梁挂篮及受汛期、大风影响,具有施工难度大、安全风险高的特点。结合太佳黄河大桥工程特点,梳理施工过程中的重大风险源及易发事故,剖析事故发生原因,并针对性地提出施工过程中的安全管理对策。

Affected by flood season and strong wind, the high-pier and long-span continuous rigid frame bridge in the middle reaches of the Yellow River has the characteristics of difficult construction and high safety risk due to the high pier foundation in water, climbing formwork and box girder hanging basket. This paper, combining with the Taijia Yellow River Bridge engineering characteristics, concludes major hazard in the construction process and accident-prone, analyzes the cause of the accident, and puts forward the countermeasures of the safety management during construction.
