钢桥面铺装填缝材料性能指标研究与材料开发 被引量:6

摘要 在分析钢桥面铺装裂缝特点及填封养护现状的基础上,参考国内外裂缝密封材料相关标准,建立了钢桥面铺装裂缝填封材料性能评价指标体系,该体系包括填缝材料的工作性能与力学性能的评价指标与方法;结合既有研究成果与相关规范的要求,提出了钢桥面铺装裂缝填封材料的技术要求;在此基础上,研究开发了一种低黏度常温快速固化环氧树脂密封胶,并对环氧树脂密封胶的性能进行了测试与分析,结果表明该材料较传统的热灌式沥青填缝材料具有明显的性能优势,满足钢桥面铺装裂缝填封使用要求。 On the basis of analysis on the characteristics of the cracking and crack seal in the steel deck surfacing, as well as by referring to sealants standards inland and abroad, the performance evaluation index system of crack seal material for steel deck surfacing is established in this paper. This system con- sistes of indexes on workability and mechanical properties for sealant. Combined the existing research out- comes with related standards, the technical requirements of crack seal material for steel deck surfacing are recommended. Finally, a normal temperature rapid curing epoxy resin sealant with low viscosity is pre- pared, of which performance is comprehensively studied. The test results show that the sealant presents obvious performance advantages over the traditional hot-applied asphalt sealants and meets the technical re- quirement of steel deck surfacing.
