摘要
传统的LED是以直流电驱动,在AC/DC转换过程中,有高达15%~30%的电力耗损。为避免该部分耗损,可直接用AC驱动的LED成为目前一个研究热点。通过对DC-LED器件进行AC驱动连接,并以一组DC驱动器件为参考,对三组不同连接方式AC-LED的光学性能进行了实验分析。实验结果表明,分别在相同的电流、电压和功率条件下,AC-LED的发光效率均低于DC-LED器件的发光效率,并从低电压驱动和周期性电压对效率的影响两个方面分析了其效率低的原因。最后对AC-LED与DC-LED器件进行350 mA和60℃条件下的老化实验,经过750 h的光通量维持率老化实验后,AC-LED器件的光通量维持率明显低于DC-LED器件。
The conventional LED is driven by the DC current,and the conversion during AC/DC will cause about 15%-30% electrical power consumption waste.In order to avoid this power consumption,the AC-LED investigation has become a hot research at present.The luminous flux efficiency and light decay performances of AC-LED connected by DC-LED devices were tested and analyzed.The optical performances of three groups AC-LED with different connections and one group of DC-LED were tested under the same drive current,voltage and electric power respectively.The results show that the luminous efficiency of AC-LED is lower than that of the DC-LED for the three working conditions.The reason was analyzed from two aspects of low voltage drive and periodic voltage drive respectively.For the light decay test,the DC-LED and AC-LED are aged 750 h with 350 mA drive current and 60 ℃ aging temperature.By the comparisons to DC-LED performances,the light decay performances of AC-LEDs is lower than that of the DC-LEDs in the experiments.
