耳穴放血配合刺络拔罐治疗寻常型痤疮疗效观察

Clinical Observations on the Efficacy of Ear Point Bloodletting plus Pricking-cupping Bloodletting in Treating Acne Vulgaris

目的观察耳穴放血配合刺络拔罐治疗寻常型痤疮的临床疗效。方法将80例寻常型痤疮患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组40例。治疗组采用耳穴放血配合刺络拔罐治疗,对照组口服药物,比较两组临床疗效。结果治疗4星期后,治疗组总有效率为95.0%,对照组总有效率为77.5%,两组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),说明治疗组总有效率优于对照组。结论耳穴放血配合刺络拔罐治疗寻常型痤疮疗效可靠。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of ear point bloodletting plus pricking-cupping bloodletting in treating acne vulgaris. Method Eighty patients with acne vulgaris were randomly allocated to treatment and control groups, 40 cases each. The treatment group received ear point bloodletting plus pricking-cupping bloodletting and the control group took medicines orally. The clinical therapeutic effects were compared between the two groups. Results After four weeks of treatment, the total efficacy rate was 95.0% in the treatment group and 77.5% in the control group. There was a statistically significant difference in the total efficacy rate between the two groups （P〈0.05）, indicating that the total efficacy rate was higher in the treatment group than in the control group. Conclusion Ear point bloodletting plus pricking-cupping bloodletting has a reliable therapeutic effect on acne vulgaris.
