微RNA在口腔鳞状细胞癌中表达的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 口腔鳞状细胞癌(oral squamous cell carcinomas, OSCC)在头颈部恶性肿瘤中发病率最高,易发生细胞侵袭和转移,患者预后差,术后5年生存率〈50%。目前OSCC的发病机制不清。有研究表明,微RNA(microRNA)与OSCC的发生和发展密切相关,并已成为研究热点。
