RF无线通信的LiFePO_4动力电池检测系统硬件设计

摘要 设计了一种针对单体磷酸铁锂动力电池电压、温度检测的RF无线通信系统硬件电路。采用电池组中各单体电池直接对宽范围供电的单片机供电,使本电池检测系统可以通过所用单片机的AD转换功能以及热敏电阻器件来实现对动力电池电压、温度的精确检测,并通过RF收发一体化芯片完成多点对一点的RF无线通信。实验结果表明:系统稳定、可靠、实用性强,且在实际项目开发中采用,获得良好效果。 In this paper, a novel circuit system of RF-based wireless communication was developed for the detection and transmission of the information of the voltage and temperature of the lithium iron phosphate power battery. In this system, the battery cells Supplied power directly to the wide range of single-chip, and the battery voltage and temperature could be measured accurately by the single-chip AD conversion and the thermal resistance of the power devices, respectively. The transmission of the information could be achieved by the integration of the RF transceiver chip. The experiments results show that the developed system is stable, reliable and practically applicable. It has gained good results in real engineering practice.
