摘要
质子交换膜燃料电池在启停过程、传质不均、趋肤效应等情况下会产生切线方向的电流,这种切向电流的产生将对PEMFC膜电极催化层造成影响。通过实验对燃料电池核心部件两侧涂覆有铂碳催化剂的质子交换膜CCM通入直流稳流电流,模拟测试切向电流密度大小对质子交换膜燃料CCM的烧损情况、对催化层电化学活性面积的影响,以及对催化层的微观形貌的影响。
The cross current will form when PEMFC encounters the situation such as the start up and shut down process, mass transfer uneven, skin effect and so on. The generation of this current will affect catalyst layer of MEA in PEMFC. By experiment in this paper, DC constant current was flew into single side of CCM, the breakdown point of the cross current was measured when it was in the CCM in PEMFC, the effects of the cross current on electrochemical active area of the catalyst layer and morphological structure of the catalyst layer were discussed.
