摘要
提出了一种新型反激式单级PFC变换器结构,它采用"直接能量传输(DPT)"来提高变换效率、抑制电容电压,并通过引入无源无损钳位的LCD电路来吸收利用漏感能量、钳位开关电压,进而从整体上提高变换器的性能。实验结果显示,它在保持中间储能电容电压Vd小于300 V,开关电压应力VS1低于450 V的情况下吸收利用漏感能量,使变换效率η提高约1.4%。证明了这种结构在解决单级PFC变换器当前所遇问题上的有效性。
A new single-stage PFC converter was pointed out, which adopted DPT (direct power transfer) to improve the conversion efficiency and reduce the capacitor voltage, and introduced LCD non-dissipative clamping circuit to absorb the leakage energy and clamp the switching voltage. The experimental results show that it can absorb the leakage energy and make the conversion efficiency improve about 1.4%, at the case of maintaining the capacitor voltage less than 300 V and switching voltage lower than 450 V. The effectiveness of this structure at solving the current problems encountered by the single-stage PFC circuit was proved.
