摘要
根据科研单位知识产权管理工作特征构建科研单位知识产权管理人才胜任力模型,阐述知识产权管理人才应该具备的素质特征。在此基础上构造相应的评价指标体系和评价方法,并应用于科研单位在知识产权管理人才选拔工作中,为相关工作的开展提供一个可操作的模板。
We construct the competency model of intellectual property managers in research institution. The model de- scribes the characters of intellectual property managers comprehensively. Based on the model, we also provide the evaluation system and method, which are applied in the selection work of intellectual property managers. The paper offers an operational template for related work.
