摘要
基于企业研发人员的问卷调查数据,使用方差分析和多元线性回归分析的方法对研发人员心理资本的影响因素做了归纳和深入分析,得到企业研发人员心理资本及其各维度的关键影响因素和回归方程,并在此基础上提出开发企业研发人员心理资本的建议。
Based on the questionnaire survey data of R&D staff, the paper uses analysis of variance and multivariate linear regression to research on the influencing factors of psychological capital of R&D staff. We obtain the key influencing factors, the regression equation of psychological capital and its dimension of R&D staff, and put forward suggestions to develop R&D staff' s psychological capital on this basis.
