摘要
以上海市304家中小企业信息化的问卷调查为基础,分析上海中小企业信息化的总体情况、困难、信息化政策效果和企业需求等方面,并按不同企业规模和行业进行数据比较,发现上海市中小企业信息化过程中的特点和存在的问题,并提出对策建议。
Based on the investigation of 304 small and medium - sized enterprises in Shanghai, this article analyses the basic status, difficulties, policies effectiveness and needs of SME informatization. Data of enterprises between different scales and industries are compared. The characteristics and problems are discovered, and the countertneasures are proposed.
