动态区组随机在临床研究中的应用

摘要 动态区组随机算法是在临床研究开始后动态地按区组分配随机序列给各个分层,因此,可以解决临床研究中预先无法确定分层的问题。本文介绍了动态区组随机算法的原理和实际应用案例,并讨论了本算法的适应性,为临床研究工作者提供借鉴。 Dynamic block randomization algorithm means it could allocate randomization number to each of the stratification based on the different block after the clinical research starts. Thus it could resolve the issue about the number of stratification which is not known in advance. In this paper we introduced the principles of dynamic block randomization algorithm and some case studies, and discussed the application conditions for this algorithm, which would provide reference for clinical researchers.
