摘要
首先介绍了动态矩阵控制算法原理,然后将其应用于电加热炉温度控制系统中,并对系统的鲁棒性和现场噪声水平对系统的影响进行了分析和研究。仿真结果表明,动态矩阵控制相对于传统的PID控制和内模PID控制有更加满意的控制效果。方案使控制系统具有较强的鲁棒性和抗干扰性能,有效地提高了系统的性能指标,是一种值得推广的控制方法。
This paper firstly introduced the principle of DMC algorithm, and then applied the DMC algorithm to the temperature control of electric heater, and the system robustness and the noise level on the influence of the system were analyzed and studied . The simulation results confirmed that DMC algorithm can obtain a more satisfactory control performance, compared with the traditional PID control and IMC - PID control system. DMC algorithm makes the system with strong robustness and anti -interference performance, effectively improves the system performance indicators, and is a worthy promoting method of process control.
