中药口服治疗痤疮随机对照试验的系统评价

A Systematic Review of Traditional Chinese Medicine on Acne

目的系统评价中药单独或联合西药口服治疗痤疮的疗效及安全性。方法计算机检索Medline、Cochrane图书馆、EMbase光盘数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库、中国期刊全文数据库。收集所有相关随机对照试验,筛选文献、提取资料和进行质量评价及数据分析。结果共纳入33个随机对照试验,15个研究提示中药单独口服治疗痤疮的效果优于西药,6个研究提示中西药联合口服治疗痤疮的效果优于西药。常见的不良反应有胃肠道不适、大便稀溏、唇炎、口干、皮肤干燥脱屑、经期延后,所有不良反应均不影响继续治疗。结论有限的证据表明,中药口服治疗痤疮的疗效好于西药口服,且不良反应轻微。

Objective To systematically assess the efficacy and safety of traditional Chinese medicine on acne. Methods We searched the Medline, Cochrane Central Register of Controlled Trials, EMBase, CBM and CNKI to collect randomized controlled trials （RCTs）. We screened the retrieved studies, evaluated the quality of included studies, and performed analyses. Results Thirty-three RCTs were enrolled. Fifteen studies indicated that the efficacy of sole Chinese medicine was obviously higher than that of western medicine, and six studies indicated that the efficacy of combination of Chinese medicine and western medicine was obviously higher than that of western medicine. The adverse effects included gastrointestinal tract malaise, diarrhea, cheilitis, mouth dryness, skin dryness, scaling, and delay of menstruation. All the adverse effects did not influence the continuous therapy. Conclusion The limited evidence indicates that the efficacy of oral traditional Chinese medicine is better than that of western medicine on acne and the adverse effects are minimal.
