摘要 给出了一种基于视频序列图像的车辆测速的实现方法,通过测定一定时间间隔的两帧连续序列图像中被测目标车辆的相对位移完成车速的测定。通过车道划分、车辆定位判别等方法可以提高测速的精度。实验表明,该方法能较为精确的测量出车辆行驶速度,它无需与测速雷达等设备配合使用,仅仅根据对监控视频图像的处理来完成车辆行驶速度的测量。在高速公路、道路移动测速等场合具有较好的实用价值。 The paper proposes a vehicle speed-measurement method given based on video sequence image, and by measuring the relative displacement of target vehicle in the two successive frame image sequences with certain time interval, the measurement of vehicle speed is realized. The speed-measurement accuracy could be improved by lane division, vehicle location and other technical means. Experiment indicates that this method is of better pratical value in highway mobile speed-measurment and other occasions.
