摘要
各类灾害事故不断发生,快速高效处理这些灾害事故是消防官兵当前面临的重要任务,消防部队在抢险救援过程中,可通过图像传输系统将现场图像、声音实时传输至各级指挥中心,从而指挥人员能及时了解现场实况,并作出准确的分析判断,进而有效地辅助指挥现场的应急响应。介绍了消防部队常用的图像传输系统,阐述了这些系统各自的优缺点,根据实际经验对系统协同作战提出了自己的观点,保证火场指挥快速有效,提高突发灾害事故的应急处置能力。
For the frequent occurrence of various disasters, emergency and effective handling of these disasters becomes an important task faced by the fire-control officers and men. In the process of rescue, the scene image and real-time audio should be transferred to all levels of command center through the image transmission systems, thus the command personnel could timely know the actual on-spot situation, make accurate analysis and judgement, and effectively assist the on-spot emergency response and command. This paper describes the commonly-used image transmission systems, expounds their advantages and disadvantages. Finally, the author, based on her actual experience, gives her own views on the cooperative operation of these systems. And it is hoped that these could ensure the quick and efficient fire command and improve the emergency response ability when the disasters happen.
